Sheep or Wolves?

Today's believers are exceedingly naive, and yet overconfident, in their ability to pick out a wolf among the flock. This in the face of a church literally overflowing with wolves everywhere, many of them people most Christians would consider their "leaders."
Christians are completely unaware of the symbolism used by wolves, and have no understanding of their methods. They assume a wolf could never say, "Lord, Lord..." because of Matthew 7:21. This speaks of a true conversion, a person calling Christ "Lord" and meaning it. Anyone can use the term, as they did during Paul's day and were in fact preaching in the streets, yet they themselves were unconverted.
Wolves today are so well disguised, that most believers would be shaken to the core if they knew who they were. This is likely why God has not exposed them yet, but I believe He is about to.
Everything is about to be shaken...especially the church.

This fall is much different from the previous fall of 2008, which was an "honest" fall. There was no cover up, and as events occurred, they were reported and the predictable outcome played out in markets and the economy. This time however, a tidal wave of events are occurring, but being hidden by manipulated markets and a media blackout. Therefore, people think things are fine, except those effected by the real economy, who assume it's only happening to them.
This is the punishment upon sheep and wolves alike, who God pours out his anger on equally in days of judgment. This judgment separates the sheep from the wolves by their response to God's judgment. Wolves snarl and rage, going to any length to tear a piece of meat for themselves, by lying, deceiving, or violence. This is exactly what we see today with all the ravenous wolves and false teachers, who know there are so many with itching ears. People will have their ears tickled, but it will cost them their soul.
The sheep now suffer in a culture which loves lies, loves evil, and worse yet, a God who is not exalting evil at this time. No, even He is letting truth lay dead in the street.
He is giving the people what they want, and they want truth dead. So, when Satan, the world, and even God want truth dead, imagine what kind of a world we will live in.

That is the world we have today. I truly feel sorry for anyone who loves truth, which includes me. These are not our days, and because the evil and deception is so strong, many have walked away from the fight, seeing God is not on the side of truth. Yes, He is, but He is not fighting for truth's cause right now. He is letting truth die.
So, sheep will die also, if only in spirit. But their day will come and those who have stayed strong in the faith will be rewarded handsomely.
